Partner Poses and Pints

Traditionally, yoga has always been considered a solo practice. But we can learn a lot about our self and others by sharing yoga with another person. Join us for this playful approach to partner yoga, stretches and lifts. Open to all levels. No prior yoga experience is required. Perfect night out! Adult beverages will be included or feel free to BYOB.
$40 per pair

Yoga and Meditation for Teens

All teenagers experience some amount of stress. Studies have shown stressors can cause interference in learning, relationships and other life functions. Join Angie Miller, owner and educator in a comprehensive and realistic approach to practicing yoga and meditation. Benefits include improved mood, increased energy, positive body image, stress management and a greater sense of self.
These two hour sessions will include gentle yoga, breathing techniques, how to create sacred space and various types of meditation. Our mission is to educate young adults on the numerous advantages of a mindfulness practice and how they can apply these strategies into their daily lives.

In BeTWEEN Kids Yoga and Meditation

Being a tween can be very challenging. Struggles with this awkward stage in human development are difficult. It’s a battle to no longer be a little kid and not yet a teenager. Tweens struggle with peer acceptance, self identity, body changes and more. Join Angie Miller, a certified teacher and experienced registered yoga instructor to help tweens work from the inside out. This 90 minute class will include gentle, playful yoga, breathing exercises, games and a tween specific guided meditation.

$25 per tween

The 108! Autumn Equinox Celebration

The autumn equinox is the time of year when day and night are completely equal with other. Join our BSY family as we celebrate the end of Summer and the beginning of the fall season. This 2 hour all levels candlelight yoga class will include 108 sun salutes, equinox education, smudging ceremony and refreshments. Space is limited so pre-registration is recommended. $30 per person

Beach Yoga at Lake Minear Beach

Join us for our community beach yoga event at one of our favorite destination locations in Libertyville Lake Minear Beach! This is our third year partnering with this local gem and we are thrilled! Join us. All ages and all levels are welcome. We recommend a beach towel for your practice as we do the class in the sand. $10 cash per person at the gate. Members are FREE, but a cash donation to BSY is greatly appreciated. No need to sign up, just show up.
