Yoga and Meditation for Teens

All teenagers experience some amount of stress. Studies have shown stressors can cause interference in learning, relationships and other life functions. Join Angie Miller, owner and educator in a comprehensive and realistic approach to practicing yoga and meditation. Benefits include improved mood, increased energy, positive body image, stress management and a greater sense of self.
These two hour sessions will include gentle yoga, breathing techniques, how to create sacred space and various types of meditation. Our mission is to educate young adults on the numerous advantages of a mindfulness practice and how they can apply these strategies into their daily lives.
